No delivery on the CCtv order plus bad attitude cc

I would like to express my deep regret with having to deal with the call center and their lack of service thereof. I dialled ***. After holding on the line for close to 25 minutes during working hours I finally get through to a Sibu. this is me trying to check on my order. which should have been delivered 14 working days from the time the order was made which was on the 21st of July 2015. when I call I get told the truck was hijacked on the 3rd of August and they were not aware of this. when I ask, why wasn't I made aware, she starts giving me options to get my money back. I ask her how does that solve my problem, which is - when I'm getting my order. \well
