No Delivery on Stuff bought in Sept

On the 15/16th Sept, I bought the Shake 'n' Take Smoothie Maker from Groupon. Fine Print: Delivery for this product will occur in 14 working days. To date i havent received the stuff. I have call twice and still havent received the stuff. On 26 Sept, i got a mail to say that it was dispatched<br> <br> I called them on the 15/16th Oct to find out where the good where and was told that it had already been delivered but then later that they would investigate<br> <br> The lady called me back at 3:30pm and said that she spoke to the couriers and delivery should be any day now but she would mail me the information for the courier.<br> <br> I called again Yesterday and No joy.<br> <br> NO courier information was mailed and no feedback<br>
