NO DELIVERY OF PURCHASE

<p>Purchased an item on the 21 August 2016. Delivery was meant to take up to 11 working days (which, on its own, is ridiculous). Yet here we are, 11 working days later with NO contact as to where my product is. According to your #Hellopeter, being in breach of your own delivery time is a norm. So, please provide feedback urgently. Order purchase number: ********** CWH. I find it INSANE that turn around time has been reached and Groupon has not bothered to be in touch with me. This was my first and last purchase with this pathetic excuse for a company.<br /> </p>
