No delivery of product

if u think u ordering a product from Groupon, and paying in advance...no matter how expensive that product might be that u ordered. U expect that the product will be delivered to your door safely and without any isses.<br> THINK AGAIN.<br> i ordered a product...was delivered to the wrong address in the 1st place. 2ndly was left and signed for by the wrong person...they apparently left it with a security guard at the wrong address and gave them my number to phone me...how irresposbile is that. luckily the guard had the decency to call me...address was about 30km away from where i live.<br> i ordered a product with little value...imagine if u order something in the thousand and then it goes missing since the courier company doesnt check addresses or verify Identification when delivering their products<br> and to top it off client services representative from Groupon is such a waste of effort in calling them since they offer so little assistance...was told to call the courier company and sort it out myself...after refusing and shouting at the peson...did he only then say he would follow up...and that folllow up was just an email sent by him to the courier company. in the end - a waste - never again
