No Delivery of Product

It's almost been a month that I purchased an item, yet there's no email or any communication as to when my order will be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered within 14 days but it hasn't. I'm highly disappointed. I feel like I'm being taken for granted. NO TCF at all. At least someone should have called to communicate. All I get is an automated email promising that they'll get back to me soon. Either give me my money back or send the product. It's unacceptable!!
