No delivery of goods since August 2015

Good day<br> <br> I have bought a Groupon deal for canvas prints on 25 August 2015 which I have placed an order with the supplier (Print Express). I then received a confirmation of the order but since then I have not received my goods. Goods were to be delivered withing 31 working days as specified on the coupon. I have lodged a complaint with Groupon, of which I received correspondence on the 28 November 2015 to say that they are still resolving the situation since the supplier has closed down but since then I have not any communication. <br> <br> Your urgent response to this matter will be appreciated<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Bigboy Thwala
