No Delivery of goods

I placed an order with Groupon on the 4th of December. I di pay for the goods, but I am still waiting an delivery. When I call the call center you get a message that they experience a high call volumes and that you must mail them. I already mailed them 10 times but they don't come back to me.<br> I can't believe this very poor service.
