No delivery, No response, No feedback

I ordered a 3m x 3m Pop Up Gazebo: Dark Green on the 30th of November. Till today, no response or calls. The is very **** service. I have tried to call but can never get through. I sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 22nd December, only got a reply on the 26th December but it was a automatic response message. Rep**** to that on 30th and received no response as yet.Its been more than a month since i bought the product. I think groupon must discontinue in South Africa. The service sucks.
