No delivery, no feedback, no refund!

On the 10th Oct, I purchased a Groupon for an A0 canvas. On the same day of purchase, I sent the supplier, Dominic Designs the artwork they required to make the canvas. Numerous emails and even a call to the supplier, Trudy, have gone unanswered requesting when we could expect delivery. Out of desperation, I sent an email to Groupon directly requesting an update on delivery. Now the 23rd November and no feedback from either the supplier, Dominic Designs or Groupon.<br> <br> Looking at the number of Hellopeter complaints recently, I'm not alone experiencing poor service from Groupon! Be careful folks, wouldn't recommend Groupon - just look at the number of Hellopeter complaints..
