No delivery in more than 4 months

Good day<br> <br> I have ordered a watch from Groupon late September 2014. Time passed and I queried the matter in November, receiving the answer that my package is at Courier It and that I had to contact them directly. Even though I feel that this is unacceptable, I did it anyway. I emailed them, no response. I phoned and spoke to someone at a warehouse and never received any feedback. <br> <br> Even if the courier company might be at fault, my order was with Groupon who have since not gone through any trouble. I actually expect a refund, since it seems that I will never be receiving this parcel. <br> <br> My request number from November: Request #***3<br> <br> Please shed some light!
