NO DELIVERY FOR PAID GOODS

below is a complaint i sent to hello peter, i was required to send proof of payment which i didi more than two weeks ago but there still response:<br> <br> I bought a watch at groupon on 14 nov. there was a special of watchines at a cxost of R200. till today, i havent received my watch but my money was deducted.<br> <br> the watches were from R499 to R200, they had differend pendants like owls, angels etc. they were leather, came in brown and white colour.<br> <br>
