No delivery / Bad Service / No Responses

I bought and paid for a voucher for the Velcro waist trainer on the 7th August 2015. The fine print stated I could expect delay of 5 days for delivery. I waited a month, and still no delivery. I wrote to customer services asking them where my parcel was, and had no response. I have since sent 4 separate emails enquiring about the delivery on my purchase, and have had no responses from anyone to date. It is now 2 months later, and still not a word from Groupon. The money was deducted from my account almost immediately, but I don't even get the indulgence of a response from the Groupon team. I am highly disgusted and disappointed as I am a regular patron of the Groupon vouchers. This will definitely affect any future business I will be doing with Groupon, and I will certainly not be encouraging anyone I know to use them either.
