NO DELIVERY AND PATHETIC CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I placed an order on 05/11/2015 and up to now have not received my order. I contacted the customer support a few times and always received a robotic email response that apologizes but does not answer my questions about my order. I attempted calling the call centre but it appears to always be busy. I expect better service from Groupon but sadly they don't care about their customers once they receive the money. This is not the first time I am experiencing this issue. I don't recommend Groupon to anyone looking for reliable service delivery and I won't be using their service again as it is obvious that they have no concern for their customers whatsoever
