NO DELIVERY AND NO RESPONSE

I bought a swimsuit on the 2nd November 2015 and made payment of R329 from FNB online banking and is reflecting that the money was deducted. I have been waiting for delivery but till today I have not received my purchase. I have been calling them several times and cannot go through, I even sent several request via email but still no response. I want to know what has happened to my order, and when will I recieve it. This is no way to conduct a business, you cant take peoples money and not deliver.
