NO DELIVERY AND NO REFUND

I bought two kiddies tablets sometime in July 2015 and made payment of R400 at FNB ATM, I then waited for delivery but even today I am still waiting. I have been calling them several times and they keep on promising me that they will refund in 7 working days but it has been almost 4 months and I still receive the same story. I am now tired of calling them and I need a response as soon as yesterday. Their service is extremely bad and their agents are lazy.
