No delivery and no communication

I have been waiting at least 4 weeks to receive a package that I bought and was meant to have been delivered two weeks ago. <br> Called Groupon twice and apparently they will investigate. Sent emails that have yet to be responded to.<br> Makes me think i got myself into a bad deal and that Groupon doesn't really work. I may as well have walked in a shop and bought directly.
