No delivery after 3months!!!!!!

I placed an order on the 11th of Dec 2015 and i am still waiting!!! I send numerous emails and i just get ignored! They say refunded on my Online profile but i have received no refund!!! Most pathetic online shopping i have ever had...please do not order from Groupon as they just ***** your money!! Will never ever order from you again or advise anyone to order from you!
