No delivery

I've ordered a 10W Outdoor LED Flood Light with Sensor in early December 2014. I've emailed and contacted Groupon on 3 occasions. Every time I phone them they say it has been dispatched to DPE International for delivery, but they can't trace it further. They will investigate and get back to me. It's now been 3 months and still to date nobody has contacted me or any delivery.
