no Delivery

Good day. I purchased Finish tablets on the 27 November 2015 to the value of R220. Up till today I have not received the goods. I have sent e-mails but no one gets back to me. The customer service number also seems not to be working. Please assist. I also checked my bank statement and the money was deducted from my account.
