No delivery

I ordered earrings via my friend (Cynthia) and the order number is (***do3/***d03) on the 16 June 2015. <br> <br> Up till now i haven't received the order and i did a follow up on the 7 July 2015 and was promised the order will be delivered the following week (14 July 2015).<br> <br> When i called today (20 July 2015) i was again advised that my order will be delivered tomorrow. <br> <br> What's sad about this whole thing is that i am the one who should follow up instead of them advising that my order will be delivered late or there is a problem with it.<br> <br> I am really fed up with the service and demand urgent feedback on the matter.
