NO DELIVER FOR ONLINE ORDER PLACED A MONTH AGO

I am utterly disappointed with the service i received or should i say \ did not receive from Groupon".I purchased Goods Online on the 3rd August 2015 and was promised that delivery will take place within 14 working days. to date i am still waiting for my order to be delivered.I have made numerous follow ups with Groupon and no one is prepared to resolve my query.Can someone resolve this Issue or at least refund me?"""
