No deliver and no communication

I bought a bed on GroupOn 3 weeks ago which is yet to be delivered even though the given delivery period has lapsed.<br> <br> What is sad is that GroupOn don't even have the decency to call me and explain the delay. I have been calling them for the past 3 weeks in attempt to track the delivery, holding for long periods on end before speaking to \agents"who can only say \""the order is being processed\"".<br> <br> I paid my hard earned money and Group On is on the run with it!!!"""
