NO COMMUNICATION/TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hi,<br> <br> Sorry I hate to complain and be one of those people, but I am very unhappy with Groupon's customer service,<br> First of all I ordered an item which I have sought after for god knows how long, then 9 days after I placed my order, when I want to change the address only do I get told that this item is out of stock, I got told to check my \spam\" folder on my email. There was no communication whatsoever, no effort to rectify the situation, zilch, <br> <br> I am sorry but if that is how you do business then I will never ever buy from Groupon again.<br> <br> Disgusted with the lack of communication & poor customer service skills.<br> "
