No assistance!!!

I purchased a Groupon deal last week and didn receive any email confirming my purchase. I emailed Groupon \support"and it's now been 5 days with no assistance. I also called their call centre and waited 30mins the only help I received was an automated voice telling me what caller number I am. Really pathetic service"
