No answer

I have sent an e-mail requesting a refund more than a week ago to Groupon. Got an automatic reply that I will be contacted within 2 working days. No one has called me as yet.<br> I phoned the call centre again but again get a machine and then being cut off!<br> What the hell is wrong with this place! <br> Eager to take you money, but not so eager to reply to e-mails or phone calls!
