Never use Groupon!

Don't ever even bother using Groupon, as they are clearly *********** and unreliable. I placed a order with them 2 weeks ago, for a massage package for my girlfriend's birthday. Well, I never got it. In fact, it's been two weeks now, the promotion has expired. I've contacted customer support 4 times already, asking them to refund my money, or just credit my account. They NEVER respond to my emails, I don't even know how they operate on an INTERNATIONAL level with PATHETIC service delivery. Well, I EFT'd the monies, sent proof of payment and transaction histories to them, and all I get back is promises to debit my account TODAY - it's been 7 days, still waiting. They just keep using more and more excuses, such as, it takes 5 days to reflect into our account, waiting for support team to reply (their support team is clearly useless), the money hasn't reflected on our side, etc. It's been more than 5 days and the money hasn't reflected? Please stop feeding people this ******* excuses, because we all know it's not true. <br> <br> I want my money back Groupon, <br> <br> I'll never recommend Groupon to anybody due to their lack of customer support, service delivery, and extended waiting periods.<br> <br>
