Never buy from Groupon

I ordered a camera on Groupon. The complaint is about the replies on email and phone that I receive when querying when the package will be delivered. It states 14 working days delivery but my order has been placed on the 7th April 2015 (3 days ago) and all I wanted to know was if this package will possibly get to me by the 23rd April 2015 as I need it for a present. I could have bought it from another online supplier with 3 day delivery but I bought from Groupon before and found them \legit". The orders have been closed already (sold out) but Groupon still haven't sent me a tracking number or can tell me when it will be shipped. I asked them over mail and phoned them today with no clear answer. """
