MOST PATHETIC COMPANY EVER DEALT WITH

Booked a special on 28/09/2015 and paid immediately via eft. On 1st Oct'15 phoned and they said it can take up to 5 days I must check on Friday. I checked today (Monday) and my deal is gone. Phoned them again and they said my deal is cancelled as my payment took too long? I have send them proof of payment on the 29th but they do not even have the decency to contact you if they cannot find the payment. They say it takes 5 days to \process"a payment and 5-7 days to do a refund. Any company that takes so long to process a payment is ***********. They say it is because they are such a large company dealing with a lot of deals. Surprise they not the only one but merely one of a million! They are very quick to tell you to read the web page as it states \""there might be a delay of 5 days for payment to be processed. THIS DOES NOT MEAN \""IT WILL THEN BE CANCELLED!!!!\"""""
