money not refunded as promised

I am also waiting for more than10 working days for my refund. I have sent 22 emails and Pumza mpofu who was chating with me from customer service about the issue stopped replying my emails,i have tried to call but still did not get any help. I have sent messages to groupon sa on facebook still no response.
