Missing out on deals due to payment issues

<p>I keep missing out on Groupon offers due to some supposed "3D" upgrade. Because my card is saved on my profile, I have been experiencing problems to purchase on traditional and app platforms.</p> <p>Got an email to clear history, cache, etc and still nothing.</p> <p>Missed out on yet another great offer and am now beyond frustrated.</p>
