misleading delivery times and fault goods

I ordered a sream cleaner from goupon, item faulty was returned and now further response from them in a week, ordered a trestle table on 5 Dec especially for Christmas day ,to date no order has arrived, you can get hold of them by phone, when I did get a response via email i was given a tracking number that belonged to someone else, so I guess they were just trying to get satisfied, so its ok give a wrong tracking number,very dissapointed in groupon ,hope they can redeem themselves,s they have lost a customer know
