Making profit out of delivering damaged goods?

Bought a product, got it delivered eventually, the packaging is torn and kept in tact with tape. Boards are sticking out and you can clearly see its damaged without even opening the rest of the package. Now trying to get a return using [URL Removed] is useless as it just gives error messages so I have now send a request via email with the evidence that I have completed the form correctly and it still fails to submit my request. You order products, they give you garbage, you have to pay to send it back, profit!! Really nice business you are running here Groupon? The company selling the garbage or yourself will cover the return costs.
