Lost my my trust in Groupon

I bought a weekend away for my family at Mangwa Valley from Groupon an paid via eft. on the fineprint it read that I will receive my ticket within 5 days, I then followed up with the lodge and they said that they couldnt make any booking without the ticket. Now I understand why, I never received it and nothing displays on my account. Im also not getting feedback from the lodge or from Groupon.
