Last year on the 14 December I made an EFT purchase @ groupon for an amount of R250.00 , weeks passed and I haven't received voucher until the special expired I send them an email they wanted proof of payment which I did, January went by and they said they would refund me till today they haven't refunded me my money, I feel like groupon is taking advantage they asked for my bank statement to see if I wasn't lying about the money being transferred by them and I wasn't lying they said they would refund me but nothing , they send me proof of payment I checked with my bank they couldn't trace it was advised groupon has to be in contact with their bank I told them but they basically ignore me , I spoke to chad twice who promised they will pay me but nothing they I received an email from Tasneem on the 19 February still haven't received nothing its always emails after email about the same thing that the money will be send I mean groupon is a big company I don't understand why they make empty promises and failing to pay me back my R250.00 I mean I didn't receive what I was promised and since they seen im not a happy customer why they not resolving it, they are a **** and *****,
