Late, unassembled, incomplete, items missing

On 22nd March we purchased a groupon deal for a bunk bed for R4999. It was delivered late, 6 weeks late, and it required assembly which took a few weeks to complete. Once assembled we discovered that there were cupboards and shelves missing. <br> <br> We are obviously not happy with this. Firstly the long wait and secondly that we had to assemble the whole thing, it has hundreds of parts and too many many hours to do, and it was advertised as including delivery, and in an email i specifically asked if it includes assembly and your employee confirmed that it does, and also confirmed that we will get exactly what was shown in the picture, and this brings me to thirdly. What we received in not as per the picture.<br> <br> So now i am not willing to dismantle the whole thing and send it back to you for a refund. But we expect to be compensated for the three issues. The last time it took a long time to get any kind of response from your people, hence the Hello Peter report/complaint.
