Late delivery because of 'no stock'

I ordered more than R3000 worth of goods on Groupon.<br> <br> These goods were meant to be Birthday presents, but it seems like they are going to be Christmas presents.<br> <br> After contacting Groupon, it came to the table that the supplier ran out of stock. This is very strange as it says on Groupon how many of the items are still left.<br> <br> LET CUSTOMERS KNOW WHEN THEIR GOODS WILL BE LATE SO THAT I DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR 15MIN ON PHONE UNTIL A EMPLOYEE OF YOUR'S ANSWERS.<br>
