LACK OF FEEDBACK

Purchased a discounted charter cruise on the 6th Feb to be used on the 14th Feb. Emailed payment confirmation the same day. The following week I emailed to find out if everything was in order and if my payment was received but got no response. I left it for about another day thinking they had to do their checks or that they would eventually come back to me. Emailed again the wednesday no response,it was only once I escalated numerous website queries that someone eventually responded saying that the payment never came through on their side and that they would have to refund me. I told them I don't want a refund and that I wanted someone to call me,to this day I'm still waiting for a refund or for someone to call me even after sending them my banking details for the refund on numerous occassions.
