Lack of feedback

I placed an order for an iLearn tablet on the 10/12/2015 (reference no: GRPZARNIPYJ6) with the expectation that I would receive my order before Christmas. My colleague placed her order the day before me on the 09/12/2015 and she received her tablet on Friday 18/12/2015. I emailed customer service on the Friday and received an automated response saying i will receive a call within 2 days and no one has called me yet. When I try call the customer service number it does not go through at all. This is the first time using Groupon and I'm not happy at all with the service or lack thereof so far. The whole point of purchasing the tablet was because I wanted it to be a christmas present for my son.
