Kids GPS Tracker Watch

I ordered a Kids GPS Tracker Watch from groupon on 1 Dec 2015 and it was delivered on Tuesday, 15th December 2015. Just to find that the whole thing is in Chinese written language no pedometer and are unable to set time and date. I've been phoning the call centre *** since Tuesday, 15 Dec to try and locate the supplier to help me sort it out but to no avail. The automated message keeps telling me to email support@groupon needless to say after a week I have had NO RESPONSE. Now we have to pay an additional R850 to get the watch set up on a different registration in order for it to work. Unacceptable how groupon does not get back to you and communicate.
