Just want a reply!!!

I have sent Groupon an email this morning after sitting on their phone lines for 15mins with no answer, about a product that didn't work properly. My partner bought a car vacuum for me though Groupon and when I used it Sunday it didn't suck up anything, the one clip keeps falling out and the vacuum looked like it was something from a Chinese shop!<br> According to Groupon the retail price is R399, Im sorry but there is no way its worth that much its not even put together properly. My partner bought himself one aswell and its just as bad... unfortunately he doesn't have his box anymore so I cant take it back however I would like a refund on mine and also my 7 days for return is ending and still no one is replying to my email! Pease can someone call me for collection of product and refund.
