Jetovator Thrill Ride (Breach of Contract)

Bought this voucher for my friend for her birthday in October 2014. My friend tried to make numerous bookings with a Mr Pierre Van Vuren and he took his time getting back to her via email and mobile. Communication was sorely lacking, eventually she was given a date to come and do the thrill ride.<br> <br> She did that in January 2015, she was promised her DVD within two weeks we are now on the 9th April 2015 and after numerous attempts with both Groupon who is not assisting at all and Mr Van Vuren who promised I would have the dvd last week Wednesday, he is now MIA. No emails no telephone calls from both of these entities.<br> <br> I am very disappointed that my friends and my money was wasted on such a bad company and I am warning everyone out there to be careful. ******** is big and this is one of the kinds. Be careful when you buy online. <br> <br> I still want my dvd for my friend!!!!!!
