Item not delivered and no reply on e-mail query

I bought a bracelet set on 5 August 15 for my granddaughter's birthday (29 August). I followed up with an e-mail to Groupon on the 25th of August (ticket number ***3) and to date have not received a reply. I also called on on the 27th and spoke to Sibo at 10h55 and she said she saw that I have not received a reply or response yet and she would see it gets looked at.
