It suck

We work hard for our money. But it is **************** when I pay for goods and receive it damage. And then see it is not the product that was advertise on top of that. Call the call centre hold on for 25 minutes nobody is answering the phone. Then a guy help me. And there it ends. I'm still with the product it is not replace and now there is nobody answering the phones or emails. Is there something wrong with group on huh? Don't you know how to rectify your mistakes or to give service? Phifetick......let me guese nobody is going to phone me just like most of the other service providers here in RSA.
