Is anybody worse than Groupon?

I bought a White Folding Trestle Table from Groupon. My order was placed on 15.04.2015 and R499 promptly deducted from my credit card. On April 22 the delivery man phoned me trying to find my address. Turns out they were in the wrong suburb of Joburg. He said he would ask someone else to deliver my table the next day, 23/ 4 / 15. I still have not had my delivery, and neither has my R499 been refunded. The order disappeared into thin air and with it any accountability on Groupon's side.
