Incorrect goods delivered, no follow up

I placed an order on 01/10/2015 for a Polaroid Graffiti Bluetooth Sound Cube Speaker and Headphones Set for R349 Including Delivery (30% Off) and on the same day I received confirmation that my order was successful and delivery would occur in 10 working days. A week later I received a package consisting of red and black Polaroid Sound Cube Speaker of which was not what I ordered. I then called the call center and was told that someone would contact me of which they did they did but the lady could not assist me and said that the matter would be investigated by the Product division and thereafter I would get feedback. I then received an email requesting that I send a picture of the incorrect product of which I did and there was no feedback so I called the call center again and was assured by Jehaan that after sending another email with the picture I would receive assistance of which I didn't. My last attempt at resolving this problem was with a phone call whereby I was asked to complete a return form so that they could send someone to collect the product and refund me because the original product was sold out and this was never communicated to me before, still no response or feedback
