incorrect delivery and lack of accountability

I bought a Police Men's Navy X watch on Groupon on 6 September 2015 for the price of R 1999.00. A watch was delivered to me on 11 September 2015. The watch delivered turned out to be the wrong watch. I promptly called groupon and held on the line as I watch number 17 on the queue to wait for a call centre agent to tend to my query. The agent requested I provided a picture of the incorrect watch as proof that the wrong item had been delivered. I've since called the groupon call centre on more than five separate occasions requesting feedback and the reimbur*****t of my money. I've received all sorts of excuses and to this day I've netither received the watch I paid so much money for nor have I been reimbursed my money. The watch incorrectly delivered has since been collected by groupon but nothing has been forthcoming to me. The service I have received from groupon has been absolutely appalling, this company is a joke and word customer service clearly has no meaning to them. I will never deal with groupon again and I strongly implore anyone else to think carefully before transacting with groupon.
