Incorrect areas advertised for service

I got a voucher deal regarding wheel alignment to be done at Autoquip and the list for the branch areas was posted incl. Centurion (where I stay). Though, once I received the voucher it was for Ormonde (JHB South - 65+km away) and Durbanville (450+km away). Reported the issue and a refund on 24/04/2015, with 2 follow ups up until 7/05/2015 and I haven't a response or refund whatsover. It is effectively incorrect advertising to persuade customers to buy things they won't use, might as well pay normal price at a branch in Centurion & it will still come up cheaper than travelling
