Incomplete Package Delivery

I bought a double cereal dispenser from Groupon online, the item was delivered missing two silver plates that lay bellow the dispenser outlet. I immediately called the courier guy who delivered to make him aware and later on laid a formal notice to Groupon to make them aware and this was their response: <br> >Hi Moeketsi<br> ><br> > We are terribly sorry about the missing items.
