*********** staff and pathetic service!

Groupon is just going the drain...the service is pathetic to say the least. I purchased a deal and paid for it. I didnt receive the voucher so i called the call centre to find out why there is a delay and the lady assured me that all was in order and i must just give it time. after todays i log into my groupon account under \my groupons"only to find out the deal no longer shows there n i call the call centre again and i get told the deal closed and is no longer available. But how should that affect me when i paid for the deal prior to it closing!!! after endless calls and requesting for a valid explanation i am still waiting"
