*********** once again

I bought a phone for my sister on groupon. I used my fnb platinum card and I entered my sister's name and address for delivery. A couple of days later while still waiting for the phone i get a refund from groupon, and my groupon account was deleted. There was no explanation as to why this has happened. I have been a groupon customer for many years and for this to happen is just ridiculous.
